Early registration for the 2009 Annual Meeting is now CLOSED. The deadline to register at the early rate was July 10, 2009. You can still register using the online registration system at the onsite rate.

The AOM Housing Bureau room reservation system for making new room reservations is now CLOSED. In order to make a new reservation please contact the hotel directly, higher room fees may apply.

All changes and cancellations to hotel reservations must be made with the housing bureau on or before July 17th. After this date and prior to 72 hours before arrival, changes and cancellations must be made with your assigned hotel. Any cancellations made within 72 hours of the arrival date will result in forfeiture of the cost of one nights stay, plus tax.

On United Airlines save up to 15% off applicable classes of service for tickets purchased more than 30 days prior to the meeting. Restrictions apply and not all classes of service are eligible for the 15% discount. On American Airlines save up to 5% off applicable classes of service for tickets purchased prior to the meeting. ATC will also search for the lowest available fare on ANY airline.
